How do I apply job filters?

 

Filter by Job Name

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Filter Jobs
  • Select Job Name and all the jobs with that name

Filter by Job Status

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Select Future, Ongoing, Late or Done.
  • All the jobs with the status that you selected will be shown in the Scheduler

Filter by Job Address

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Address and type the location that you want
  • All the jobs with that location will appear on the Scheduler

Filter by Customer's Name

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Customer's Name and type the name you want 
  • All the jobs with that customer's name will appear on the Scheduler

Filter by Customer's Phone

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Customer's Phone, type the phone number that you want it 
  • All the jobs with that customer's phone number will appear on the Scheduler

Filter by Repeat

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Repeat, and select between Show jobs that repeat and Show jobs that don't repeat
  • All the jobs with that information will appear on the Scheduler

Filter by Notifications

Follow these steps to see the status of the jobs in your calendar:

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Navigate to Scheduler tab locate on the right
  • Click on Notifications, and select between Show jobs with notifications and Show jobs without notifications
  • All the jobs with that information will appear on the Scheduler
